1. Gold Coin purchases
Gold Coins are virtual entertainment coins and have no monetary value. Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or HitJuwa determines that a correction is appropriate under the Terms of Service.
An unrecognized or incorrect purchase should be reported promptly to support@hitjuwa.com. Users should not submit a knowingly false chargeback or payment dispute.
2. Sweep Coins are promotional
Sweep Coins are not deposited funds and are not withdrawn like a bank balance. Eligible Sweep Coins may be submitted for prize redemption only in accordance with the Official Sweeps Rules. No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweep Coins through available promotional methods.
3. Redemption eligibility
A redemption request requires at least 100 eligible redeemable Sweep Coins. Locked, restricted, expired, incomplete, reserved, queued, or provider-processing balances are not redeemable.
Bonus Sweep Coins carry a playthrough requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before it becomes redeemable. Both winning and losing wagers count toward that requirement. Welcome and purchase bonuses carry a 25x requirement and hold the entire Sweep Coin balance from redemption until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited. Quest, achievement, referral, level-up, and promotional bonuses carry a 5x requirement and hold only the bonus amount itself, leaving the remainder of the balance redeemable. Daily bonuses, wheel prizes, SC Rain, mystery boxes, tournament prizes, clan challenge rewards, and the verification bonus carry no playthrough requirement. Current requirements are shown on the wallet and prevail over this summary.
Identity, age, location, account, payment, fraud, and compliance checks must be complete. Limits, state-specific conditions, one-request-per-24-hours requirements, and other restrictions in the current Official Sweeps Rules apply.
4. Methods and timing
Available redemption methods are shown in the authenticated redemption flow. HitJuwa may require a method connected with an earlier Gold Coin purchase or another supported method. Processing time varies by verification status, review needs, payment or banking provider, weekends, holidays, and the receiving institution. HitJuwa does not promise an instant or fixed completion time for every request.
