1. Why verification is required
HitJuwa uses identity and eligibility checks to protect users, prevent underage access and duplicate accounts, confirm jurisdiction eligibility, reduce fraud, satisfy payment and redemption requirements, and support applicable legal and compliance obligations.
Verification may be required at registration, before or after a purchase, before a redemption, when account information changes, or whenever an automated or manual review identifies a need for additional assurance.
2. Information that may be checked
Checks may include legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, current physical location, device or network signals, account history, payment relationship, and other information reasonably needed to verify the account and its activity.
3. Documents and secure verification sessions
If automated checks cannot verify an account, the user may be directed to a secure verification session or asked to provide a valid driver's license, government identification card, or passport. The back of a document is required where applicable. A selfie, liveness check, proof of address, or other supporting evidence may be requested when needed for the specific review.
The verification flow displays the exact items required for that account. Documents should be current, readable, unaltered, and belong to the account holder. Users should never email identity documents unless support provides a specifically authorized secure process.
4. Location verification
Location checks require the browser's location permission and may require precise location. VPNs, proxies, private relays, remote desktops, location-spoofing tools, or restrictive browser and operating-system settings can prevent a valid result. Location must be checked from the user's actual physical location.
5. Review outcomes
A review may be approved, remain pending, require resubmission, require additional information, or result in a restriction. HitJuwa may pause purchases, promotions, play, or redemptions while verification is incomplete or a compliance concern remains unresolved.
6. Data protection and retention
Identity documents are stored in private application storage and are not served as public website files. Access is limited to authorized workflows and personnel with a legitimate need. HitJuwa and its verification providers retain and process verification information as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and security.
7. Assistance
If a verification screen does not explain the next step, contact support@hitjuwa.com from the email associated with the account. Support may explain the process but cannot approve an account without the required checks or override a confirmed age, location, sanctions, fraud, or self-exclusion restriction.
